The proposed change to the voting regulation is an outrage to the citizens of Virginia and an insult to what Virginia has historically held sacred.  Have you no shame at all?  Have you lost all integrity?  It certainly appears so.  The citizens of Virginia deserve to know who won the electoral votes from Virginia on the evening of November 3.  This change does noting but encourage voter fraud.  We already saw some examples of that in Pennsylvania and other places.  The Home of Presidents does not have to join them.  Reject this proposed change.
