Dear Members of the Virginia Lottery Board,

BetAmerica appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Sports Betting Draft Regulations. We thank you and your staff for all the work it takes to reach this point, and we look forward to October's application cycle. We have uploaded our comments by section, some sections may have more than one comment. We hope this presents an easy and accessible reading experience.
