Comment: In other regulations, there is reference to self-limit (see 11VAC5-70-290.R.1.), self-impose (see 11 VAC 5-80-120) and many references to self-exclude, but this is the first mention of “self-ban”. Is there a difference, or is “self-ban” different than self-exclude?
