Comment: Other jurisdictions have stipulated that a system integrity and security assessment shall be submitted within 90 days, and annually thereafter, of the permit holder commencing operations. We ask that the Department adopt similar language and allow permit holders to have 90 days after launch to submit a system integrity and security assessment.
