Comment: We appreciate and support (F)(2)(a-d) that allows a permit holder to demonstrate to the Director that official league data is not offered on commercially reasonable terms if the sports governing body’s official league data is not available by more than one authorized source, the market price for purchased league data in other markets is materially different, et al.
