This is another Executive Office overreach. It is not law, just a capricious imposition of power.
Allowing employers access to all employee’s medical info is an extreme violation of HIPPA Laws already on the books. Think of the uproar during the AIDS crisis. Can’t ask as it’s a violation of privacy. Can’t ask as it may cause discrimination. What is the final intent? Everyone has to have Medical ID to justify being anywhere? Show your papers or be jailed?
This whole EO should be scrapped.
