Our State has a population of 8639888 according to Census figures.  There have been STATEWIDE a TOTAL of 1628 deaths as reported on the Governor's site from Covid.  This means the mortality rate is 0.00018842837 HARDLY making ANY of the Governor's unconstitutional mandates necessary - particularly face masks.  Also, there are health concerns of individuals which preclude wearing a mask - and I see no consideration of that by the Governor, who should NOT be ruling the Commonwealth.  We have a legislature of sorts, who should be convened and doing their jobs.   His creation of a "snitch line" for citizens to report on OTHER citizens is UN- American and he should be ashamed.
