Masks infringe on civil liberties

The Constitution's preamble states that all men and women are created equal, and are endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  Both the CDC and WHO have said that the spread of COVID doesn't occur through asymptomatic means.  THUS, masks aren't necessary. To require them, then, is to infringe on civil liberties and Constitutional rights.  The man acting as "governor" said he would uphold the Constitution.  Requiring masks goes against both his oath to uphold the Constitution and the Constitution itself.  We the people reserve the right to choose to wear one.

This is all notwithstanding the virus is grossly under its initial transmission rate, and has only targeted a very small demographic within the population.

REQUIRING MASKS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND UNNECESSARY.
