My name is Gerald Freeman Jr. I have been in private dental practice for 39 years and would like to have an exemption from the emergency regulations from DOLI; as requested  by the VDA, of which I am a member. We, as a profession,  meet the needed standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and further regulation would be over burdening and in my, and the VDA’s viewpoint counter productive to providing dental care to the Commonwealth.
