Virginia is still under a "30 day emergency order" issued March 12 for a virus with a mortality rate of .018 percent (1,602 deaths as of June 20 in a state of 8.6 million people). To compare, there were 1,813 deaths in VA attributed to the flu in the 2018-2019 flu season, so a death rate of .021 percent. This is TYRANNY! Those of us who are vulnerable should wear masks; legislating punitive damages for healthy people who choose not to wear masks is tyranny! Sic semper tyrannis!
