The added regulatory standards that are in the best interests of our population may be effective when applied to businesses that are not operating daily in safe but intimate contact with their clients or each other. In those business that are focused on heath care and are routinely utilizing personal protective equipment and/or sterile techniques this additional regulatory reporting is obstructive, redundant and not in the best interests of the community. Increasing operating costs without increasing effectiveness or outcomes is a waste of taxpayers funding and will increase the costs to the consumer and negatively impact access to care. Please exempt Medical and Dental clinical providers from this additional, redundant regulation.
