Re: Stop Unfair reimbursement proposal

To whom it may concern:

This is an extremely horrific proposal. This is expecting all individuals to be doctors and know their diagnosis before they seek treatment. It is an unfair expectation of people. It is a penalty to patients and the hospitals who take care of them. Nobody can see the future and know what results will be. I can not tell if someone is having a heart attack until I get the troponin blood test back. How can I expect the patient to know the difference. This change is truly a harm to patients everywhere. It will worsen the health of your community by preventing care to your people. Now sick patients will not seek treatment for concerns of payments not being reimbursed. It is expecting the knowledge of medicine and the gift of seeing the future in all patients. It needs to be stopped in order to allow health care access to all individuals regardless of education level.
