they blame evv app issues on us

I am having my share of problems with the app myself.  My EOR is no where near tech savvy enough to fix the problems, nor should he have to be since he is unpaid and volunteer.  We miss the faxed in time sheets.  NO one could change those after submission.  Every other tech approach, they are changing our hours, shorting, etc.... I have actually been in touch with the tech support for the app. I was able to explain in great detail some of the glitches.  They tried to dismiss them as my error, but I had times, dates, and witnesses.  I got them to admit to the glitches I reported, they took careful notes when they realized I knew what I was talking about.  They read the notes back to me to make sure they got it right.  My times etc.. were goofy on the app, but everything was correct on the portal when my EOR signed in and looked at pay periods, etc... with me.
