Virginia said in their agency statement https://townhall.virginia.gov/L/GetFile.cfm?File=64\5039\8364\AgencyStatement_DMAS_8364_v3.pdf on the that Va wouldn’t apply any more stringent  guidelines then cms required... cms said community locations and live in providers didn’t have to be evv. Please allow live in providers to be exempt. My brother will end up in a group home and due earlier and cost the state more if you don’t exempt live in providers   Even if the budget doesn't pass DMAS should still exempt live in providers.
