EVV and PPL
 

1.EVV system locations say you not there when you are.It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.2.The app always having issues when clock in an out it's always problems.3.I have to turn phone off and on to restart the app.then if try to put password in I got lock out then have to call to get back in.4.It doesn't give you any information for when you do time sheet and summit .5.It needs to call or text to let you know the statues at the end of pay period before getting paid.ex good to pay,denied , or if there an issue with time sheet.they don't do at all.

PPL

1.Never let you know if issues with time sheet.

2.You talk to 3to4 people before you can get the answer you need in the first place.

3.When you have issues with time sheet it takes so long to get paycheck after the issue been resolved like 2to3 weeks to get paid.

4.PPL need to contact people when an issue come up about time.Let you know your hours,and statues.at the end of pay period.Before you wait on check to come and don't get it then you have to call to find why you didn't get paycheck.
