My attendant's submission was denied, because one attendant clocked in at the same time one was clocking out.  One attendant was shorted hours because of this as well.  There are several of these scenarios that make life really difficult with EVV.  No one is empathetic or understanding about what it takes just to handle a day when there are disabilities.  Add to the struggle, the many problems with EVV and life becomes unsurmountable.  EVV causes my attendants to quit mostly because there are so many problems with the systems they don't get paid through no fault of their own.
