EVV app has completely locked down my attendants phone had to be reset and she lost 85% of everything she had on her phone. 99% of the time the app doesnt even work, when it does work it adjusts time itself putting us over hours and attendants without pay. My children need constant care for thier disability and the evv has took that right away from them. We have had 2 attendants quit because of it, because of the issue it constantly has and the invasion of privacy and risks to data breaches. All the issues the app has with freezing up, shutting off, just plain not working has to resolved in the 3 months extra time that was given, it will not be ready come January. I have spend more time trying to make sure my attendants are getting paid correctly and on the phone and communicating with CDNC than I should be, if I where to count the hours I have to sit and deal with this it's over 4-5 a week if not more. Its completely ridiculous.
