EVIL EVV

I live in a very rural area of Virginia and am a caretaker of 3 DISABLED adults. I have been doing this for 38 yrs. Since evvil was introduced our lives have dramatically changed for the worst. I feel I now work for the state more than I do for the DISABLED. The added problems it puts on the DISABLED COMMUNITY is a slap in the face. The demands of evv il on the DISABLED and there caregivers is just unrealistic. Agencies and case managers invade the home taking notes and reports on a monthly basis. Those reports should be sufficient enough evidence as to the wellbeing of the DISABLED and the care received. Evv il has done nothing more than ATTACK the most vulnerable group A DISABLED group. Is Evv il a punishment for being DISABLED ? House arrest isn't necessary when one is bedridden already. Care is DISRUPTED on a daily basis and reduces the quality of care for many individuals especially caring for 2 or 3 at the same time. It's absurd to have these expectations. Evv is hazardous for the DISABLED.
