Last night, I could not log out because the system was experiencing "technical difficulties". This morning, before I could log in, I had to fix last nights log out time. The app had somehow logged me in and out and in and out with some overlapping time entries. It is extremely unnerving to me that the app can do this. If I did not catch this, it would have appeared that I was attempting to double bill for my services, that would be fraud. the thought that a caregiver that does not catch these tech glitches could possibly be accused of fraud, sickens me.
