Virginia is going to spend a lot of money on healthcare and loss of income to poor Virginians out of work due to Corona.  All the long term care facilities, group homes, day cares, day programs, etc....  are going to hurt the "Coronavirus mitigation" Ralph is talking about and make the cost much worse.  NO WAY AROUND THIS ONE.  No big groups such as group homes for live-ins!  How many of these live-ins have opened their homes to someone not even related to them?  Thank these Live ins!  They are doing the community a wonderful service and always have been!
