The other night, I could not log out. This morning, before I could log in, I had to fix last night's log out time. The app had somehow logged me in and out and in and out with some overlapping time entries. It is extremely unnerving to me that the app can do this. If I did not catch this, it would have appeared that I was attempting to double bill for my services. That would be fraud. The thought that a care giver that does not catch these tech glitches could possibly be accused of fraud, sickens me. What is on the portal does not always match what is on the app. It would be a horrific fiasco if an attendant got prosecuted due to tech glitches.
