It took an hour for me and my EOR to fix the latest problems with the app. EVV is no time saver. I have approx 50 hours since the beginning of EVV in wasted time between phone calls to the service facilitator and time spent correcting changes to my log times that the system changed, not me. This takes care time away from my boss, and with his disabilities, frustrates him and makes a bad day for him. It really is a shame.
