I have one provider who said that the app just completely erased her time sheet. It keeps acting like I don't have as many hours as we used to have, and I checked with the service facilitator and none of our hours have changed. It just denies them after I have approved them. On top of that, it leaves it pending, so that the provider can't put it in again. We always have to call the fiscal agent and have them delete, and then re-enter and try again.
