lets place trackers on all the drug addicts, gay people, Muslims, federal senators and congressmen just so we know where they are cause they probably got some federal sub benefit at some point, college loans, or public school, or used public roads.   EVV is wrong.  You all know it is.  You just think you can make money off of us
