Here is a link to ALL 6 organizations that were registered to lobby on (for or against) the EVV bill (HR 2446), including the amounts of money that they put forth to buy off our politicians....

Onex Corp is the ONLY lobbying organization that stated "concerns about HR 2446 to require the use of electronic visit verification for personal care services furnished under the Medicaid program" (but apparently their money wasn't enough to buy the conscience of our politician’s)....

And yep you sure as guessed it SANDATA TECHNOLOGIES was lobbying for this whole entire mess from the very beginning of its inception. Sandata Technologies did not in any way what so ever just coincidentally enter this game after this outrageous bill was established (or misinterpret language that they in FACT lobbied to have written), they lobbied for ALL of it the whole entire way, they lobbied to benefit themselves at the expense of our most vulnerable citizens, so that they could fatten their own damn pockets!!!!

Another sad reality is that SEIU (the IP's old labor union in Ohio, although they are currently still representing other State’s IP’s) also lobbied FOR this bill!!! Even though SEIU in California states that they are apparently against this bill and EVV implementation. But it was the head (the very uppers) of SEIU Corp. that lobbied FOR and paid good money (unknowingly paid for by the union members/ IP’s/ caregivers) to have this bill set forth, enacted, and implemented across the health care industry….

So, in other words, these are the 6 lobbying organizations that paid BIG money to have EVV implemented at the expense of our loved one’s rights to liberty, dignity, and privacy!
