cost of use burden

I know this is ankle monitor but you have to think about how evv will drive many into Debt. Can all of you afford the internet or an extra phone line just to have home care? Can you up your data usage for that app you are installing on current mobile phone? Can you spare the minutes on your free Government phone with limited minutes? (Mind you not going to up your minutes for EVV) Can you afford the extra electricity to plug in that device? Can you afford the extra medical bills from the effects that technology will have on your life? Can you afford to pay for computer classes for your non tech savvy aide or nurse or are you sure they can afford any of these things? Should any of the above be forced to come out of thier already critically low wages? All things to think about?
Many can't even afford basics like food shelter or medicine.
Evv should not be adding a cost burden to your Medicaid home care benefits.
