This amendment provides $507,500 the first year and $373,000 the second year from the general fund and $776,500 the first year and $373,000 the second year from nongeneral funds to fund the administrative costs related to exempting live-in caretakers from the electronic visit verification requirement. this is ...  fiscal agents already know who the live ins are because they are identified at hire and reported to IRS, Va Department of Taxation, Va Employment Commission...  they could continue to enter time via the web portals … they are already treated very different then the other attendants and clearly identified..   DMAS is full of
