My phone plan says I am out of data day 6 into the billing cycle. I have been on the phone with them for 2 hours. Nothing is resolved. Since they keep tacking on another $15 every 20 min or so all of our phones are turned off. We are probably getting consumer cellular phones flip phones so this cannot happen again. I am sick of this. this is wrong.
