"We Believe a Good life is best led by the voice of the individual"
 

 "We believe a good life is best led by the voice of the individual" is the cornerstone of the Person Centered Principles promoted by DBHDS.  So, why is DMAS not listening?  Why is DMAS not having "robust stakeholder meetings" that include the individual (end user) concerning EVV?  DMAS is not listening to the individual.
