my attendant tells me tell me PPL really didn’t do anything from their end but simply told her she should enter the hours manually and to contact the EOR (me) to see if they went through, which they did. The hours were posted. I just approved them. I guess they now have a record of the reason why she entered them manually. Takes a lot of time to deal with the APP error code issues The happen frequently. Why can't we just use the portal anyway ? EVV is time consuming.
