Another women was arrested for abusing a resident of a group home.  She can be seen striking the man in the head, face and neck, and spitting in his face. She is also seen and heard taunting and encouraging a disabled female resident to assist in the abuse of the man. The man is seen trying to defend himself and the people who recorded the video can be heard laughing in the background. 

Some people don't want their love ones in these places because abuse is rampant.  DMAS just made it way more difficult to keep them out of them because of EVV.  EVV is a massive burden and impossible to function with especially in live in situations.
