How do you delete the whole shift from the EVV app? Is there a way to do that when they are clocking out and the information is wrong? Using the online portal is no issue, but if EVV is already recorded the starting time, what do you do on there to delete it before you sign out when you catch the mistake? I guess that's what I'm asking.
So I guess the corrections they told you to do in the app, are just a bunch of bologna? I haven't been able to find anything that says cancel the shift before you can clock out.
I know this has to be a celltrak software problem. But it is ridiculous. EVV takes up a lot of time. The apps don't work. Today was a bigger problem then usual, but there are always issues.
