DMAS is telling people if they just educate the eors and attendants more then all these problems will be solved.  That the people can be indoctrinated into understanding the necessity of EVV.  But the thing is EVV isn't needed.  It is a burden to the disabled.  Many people were using consumer directed services without a problem.  Now they can't because hiring staff is impossible.  No one wants to work and get time cut over EVV problems.  Address the real issues DMAS.  People couldn't get the free phones.  People are having to purchase a smart device and a wifi service now just to stay out of a nursing home.  Stop acting like all these people with disabilities are just stupid.  We fully understand what you are doing to us. You are skimping on paying our staff and monitoring our whereabouts or the whereabouts of anyone with the APP on their smart device.
