supposedly according to ADA government aren't supposed to create programs that are beyond the competency of the participants. EVV is very difficult for even skilled tech savvy clients, eors, and attendants to use. Since DMAS doesn't seem to know or understand anything about timesheets for the program, DMAS is probably unaware that numerous people were still mailing in paper timesheets. EVV has made consumer directed services unusable to people who do not have a smart device, computer, wifi access, or a landline. DMAS doesn't seem to understand people using this service are usually poor. Many elderly parents were able to keep disabled adult children home under this service. EVV has taken that away. no amount of "education" and "training" is going to fix this issue.
