Even Jake from State Farm knows tracking anyone is wrong when they have not committed a crime.  They just want to stay home and not in an institution.  EVV is taking the option of consumer directed services away.  EVV apps don't work.  They capture the wrong location.  They are down most of the time.  We should track all the CSB workers and all the DMAS workers with it.  See how they like it when their pay is cut for no reason cause an app isn't working right.  Pay them $17,000 a year and expect them to work full time with no benefits.
