Dmas is telling the elected law makers of Virginia that identifying live in providers would be costly and require adjustments to the technology used  accommodate live in providers. This is bull crap or an administration not using common sense. Live ins could simply use the portal and dmas doesn’t need to waste money reidentifying  them. If Dmas doesn’t know then this can simply be an agreement between the fiscal agencies and the eors and providers . Problem and a massive one at that solved ... no cost
