DMAS has fiscal intermediaries (FI) (payroll agencies) they contract with.  These FI's have a list of all Live Ins.  They identify live-ins because the FI's have to do a separate payroll for Live ins.  If Live ins are exempt, they will continue using the online portal, something they have done for years.  Since there is no change to exempt live ins, there should be no additional cost.
