when you experience technical difficulties with the EVV system, contact your provider advocate. Tell your service facilitator. Inform you CSB case manager. Call you CCC+ case manager if you have one. Let all your providers know they won't be paid on time; do they mind working anyway? if you dont get to use your waiver in 30 days we take it away and blame you; even though the fiscal agents dont process new hire documentation fast enough for you to go 30 days without being able to use your waiver. EVV has help get numerous people off waiver. Maybe that was what DMAS was going for. The federal government was just after making money for EVV lobyists ... it can be tracked back. DMAS will just act like you are too uneducatable to understand how to use your non-existant cell phone; or that you are too stupid to understand that device if you own one pulls data the entire time it is on.
