Please help the government to do the right thing and LISTEN to the disabled.  That doesn't mean listening to agencies representing the disabled that are out of touch.  That means listening to the persons that actually have to do the work and those actually receiving the care.  Possibly a lot of money can be saved if person centered principles are used to communicate with the disabled and care givers.
