As a live in, having to do this is nonsensical! I am here taking care of my sibling 24 hours a day.  Our lives literally revolve around the care.  There is no clocking in/out.  I am always on duty.  Thankfully, I am able to be paid for taking care of them or they would not be able to be at home.  My sibling is the EOR and has no controlled use of most of their body and limited head control, so signing is impossible.
