We haven't been able to use the evv app to any working degree at all. We had to fax in time sheets for the first few weeks. Now, we are using the portal and it still doesn't work half the time. My attendants haven't been paid correctly since the switch. The evv app locked up on one of my attendants who had to rest her phone and she lost almost all her pictures and contacts.
