Please exempt live ins from electronic visit verification.  They do not visit.  This just makes a difficult life of trying to survive daily that much more difficult.  Plus, CMS (federal gov't) has already exempted live ins, so it should be at no cost to the state to exempt live ins and have them continue what they have been doing for many years: using the portal to log in time.  Thank you for your time and your prompt attention to this matter!
