I am a Homecare Provider and the CDCN and PPL apps are not accurately recording my hours. Every week I am missing hours because the system is not giving me all of my hours. We should receive our 40 straight hours and they are adjusting my hours so that I rarely get my 40 hours each pay period. Also they should having an ongoing program for training on how to use EVV.
