I personally feel the mandate is contemptible. It threatens your emotional/mental health and has the potential to threaten physical health. It creates a more anxious workspace for the consumer and PCA, and it's a violation of privacy to boot. Is it secure? No, it isn't. CMS and DMAS both had breaches in 2019, cyber criminals are not getting dumber, Cures is causing layers of dependency on cyber for poor reasons, and this is a junk app. with little security(that is very costly to the taxpayer). This insecurity leaves consumers/participants much more open to identity theft and possibly Medicaid fraud. A large part of the bipartisan support the original legislation was passed on was "stamping out Medicaid fraud". So, the government has done nothing more than put the fraud and identity theft threat onto the shoulders of the poor and disabled that can't afford it.
