Dmas in their “education “ sessions said as long as you had a smart device that could connect to the internet at least when timesheets are due there was no need to actually have WiFi services at your home . Again numerous people getting waiver cdpa are very poor and don’t have WiFi . Dmas told them to go to public areas where WiFi is available like the library or Walmart to upload the times captured on the smart devices via the apps . If this isn’t an option is Dmas purchasing WiFi services for everyone? Or punishing us for being poor?
