Can someone explain, when I look on my paystub, CDCd has .83 as a unit of measurement for hours submitted? CDCN now uses quarter minutes of time submitted. If I submit whole numbers and quarter hour measurements, where and how are they able to quantify .83 , when a whole number of hours are submitted? Also, how in the world is that legal? It seems they are skimming peoples hours.
