not required to purchase a device or service

DMAS solution for that was to say for the client to get their own free Obamacare lifelink smart phone once secured even if they loose service they could still take the device to public wifi locations to sync upload whatever the hours recorded in real time with  EVV app

DMAS doesn't understand numerous people were unable to secure the free lifelink phone; most people they have no established credit; one person reported that someone else living at his address prior to him had gotten one and the program would not issue another device for the same location...  he has been living there 3 years so no idea how long ago the other people lived there or who they are;  most children cannot get one issued; many of the adults with special needs don't have any credit history so their identity couldn't be verified through the systems they lifelink program uses..

DMAS was informed of all these issues, but did nothing to address them...  numerous people were left with no free device so they did have to purchase one.

Going to a public location with wifi is a great hinderance to many people especially those living rurally..

so there is this issue … DMAS doesn't give a crap about
