CMS said we wouldn't have to purchase a device or service.  I don't understand how anyone thinks this is going to work.  I heard from my service facilitator there were still people mailing in paper timesheets.  This included many of the elderly trying to keep a love on out of an abusive nursing home.  My attendants who didn't have smart devices ended up leaving.  We now don't have enough to cover shifts.   My one old attendant got a job at Target paying $11 an  hour with no hassle.
