It is hard enough to develop a lasting relationship of trust with a PCA.  EVV is ruining that for me.  Electronic Visit Verification interferes in the relationship between me and my PCA's.  It treats them like criminals who must be monitored.  This creates an environment for distrust from the start.  Once trust is lost it is never regained.  Thanks EVV for making my life harder than it already is.
