I thought the whole idea of consumer directed care was to give people independence with limited interference from the government. It was supposed to be to help people stay home and be maintained in the community at low cost. Evv is making consumer directed care obsolete. It monitors our geographic location throughout each day. It adds a significant burden to our lives.
